1. Engineering and Design Services - To provide engineering and design services for all techno-commercial functions across industrial plants and infrastructure projects.
2. Comprehensive Engineering Consultancy - To undertake, implement, and execute various engineering consultancy services and professional technical services in planning, engineering, construction, operation, and maintenance of plants and equipment for industrial and infrastructure projects.
3. Technical and Management Consultancy - To provide technical and consultancy services and act as consultants for management, employment, engineering, industrial, and techno-commercial matters for industries and business houses.
4. Building a Network of Expertise - To create and foster a network of professionals and practitioners that assimilates the wisdom and experience of the past to drive innovation and excellence across the entire value chain of an industry or business.

Co-Founder, President
Mr. Rajesh Ranjan Jha is a dedicated professional known for his strong work ethic and focus on achieving organisational goals. As Vice President of Engineering & Projects at Tata Steel, he led the execution of capital projects, including the $5 billion Kalinganagar Integrated Steel Plant, setting industry benchmarks with innovative approaches like bolted structures, offsite fabrication, and digital initiatives.
K.P.G.Nair

Mr. K.P.G Nair A seasoned engineer with a wealth of experience in design, engineering, and manufacturing. He has played a crucial role in numerous large-scale industrial projects. With IPE, he is actively involved in rural development, skill development, and social entrepreneurship. Mr. KPG Nair's vision for IPE is to create a sustainable and inclusive society by empowering the next generation and leveraging the experience of seasoned professionals.
D.N. Jha
Co-Founder
Mr. D.N. Jha is an engineer at heart with expertise in iron-making and metallurgical processes and extensive experience in operations, project management, and engineering design. Passionate about improving public sector efficiency, he focuses on accountability and better resource allocation. Through IPE, he mentors young engineers, shares his expertise, and contributes to shaping policies for more sustainable and efficient manufacturing in India.
Anil Nair
Co-Founder
Mr. Anil Nair is a highly skilled design engineer with expertise in constructing iron manufacturing units and managing large-scale industrial projects. With vast experience in engineering design, project management, and operations, he has successfully led manufacturing facilities and major civil construction projects, delivering efficient and seamless solutions In the Iron and Steel Industry.
Arunesh Sharan
Delhi Chapter Head
Mr. Arunesh Sharan comes with over 40 years of experience in the Technology industry and Digital transformation. He also started his career in the Manufacturing industry. He brings digital technology expertise and platforms to IPE. He leads IPE’s Delhi chapter and manages IPE relationships with the government, startup ecosystem, and public sector organisations.
